Tutorial and Conference and Workshop fee includes: access to the Tutorial, Conference and Workshop Sessions, coffee breaks and lunches as in the programme, Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday 12 September and Gala Dinner on Wednesday 13 September.
Conference ONLY fee includes: access to all conference scientific sessions, conference proceedings on USB pen drive, morning and afternoon coffees as in the final program, lunches as in the final program, Welcome Cocktail (Tuesday, September 12) and Gala Dinner on September (Wednesday, September 13).
Workshops ONLY fee includes: access to ALL Workshop sessions, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, Monday Lunch and learning material (PDF sent by email).
Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students only. The student rate is not available for post-doctorates. STUDENT REGISTRATION FEES CANNOT BE USED TO GUARANTEE THE PUBLICATION OF AN ACCEPTED PAPER.

Registration cancellation policy and refunds

The amount paid for registration is 100% refundable before XXX, 2023, except administrative fee of EUR 50. After this date, it is non-refundable. Cancellation must always be confirmed in writing: please, don’t forget to include all your bank details. Consideration of requests for refunds will be processed after the conference.

In the event of cancellation of the conference, shift venue or change dates, at any time, as a result of any event of force majeure or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the registration fee shall NOT be refunded and neither the Organizing Committee nor the Organizing secretariat shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Participants are highly encouraged to provide for their own insurance policy covering such events.

INVOICE AND BILLING ADDRESS

If the invoice has to be made out to a Company, a University or similar, the participant’s name will be automatically included in the invoice description.
