PAYMENT, INVOICE, CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% payment due upon confirmation.
• Invoice will be sent as soon as possible, after the payment is received.
• Due to advance financial commitments, refunds requested after June 1, 2022, cannot be
guaranteed. Consideration of cancellation requests for refunds received after June 1, 2022, will
be processed after the conference. Cancellation requests received prior to June 1, 2022, will be
refunded, less € 500 processing fees, within 30 days of the request.

Should Sponsors/Exhibitors fail to complete payments within 1 week after their confirmation, the Organizers shall be entitled to cancel their sponsorship.
