PAYMENT - INVOICE - CANCELLATION POLICY

Prices do not include ITALIAN VAT (22%). Only Italian Companies are VAT taxable therefore 22% VAT will be added on their final invoice.

Sponsorship confirmation form properly executed by the applicant, shall constitute a valid and binding contract.

100% payment due upon receipt of the invoice
Invoice will be sent as soon as the sponsorship confirmation is received
IMPORTANT: let us know in advance if we are supposed to receive a Purchase Order or a Vendor Form to be filled, before issuing our invoice.
The sponsorship will be activated upon receipt of payment

Cancellation requests received prior to February 1, 2026, will be refunded, less € 500 processing fees, within 30 days of the request.

Due to organizers' advance financial commitments, refunds requested after February 1, 2026, cannot be guaranteed.

Consideration of cancellation requests for refunds received after February 1, 2026, will be processed after the conference.

HOW DO YOU WISH TO PAY?

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Should Sponsors fail to complete payments within 1 week after their confirmation, the Organizers shall be entitled to cancel their sponsorship. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The payment can be done by bank transfer. Our bank details are included in the email of confirmation you will receive at the end of the procedure:

As a description of payment, please specify the title of the event (ELECTRIMACS 2026) and your company name.

Please do not allow your bank to deduct the wire transfer fees assessed by your bank from our invoice amount. Make sure to provide extra funds to your bank to cover the originating transfer fees from your side.
